Champagne drink cocktail blog

Some blogs about champagne. Champagne, also called Champagne wine, is a French sparkling wine protected by a controlled designation of origin, the regulation of which required several centuries of gestation. Its name comes from Champagne, a region in northeastern France. Did you know ? Champagne is “good” for the heart. It contains the same antioxidants that protect your blood vessels, reduce bad cholesterol and prevent blood clots. This leads to a decrease in the risk of heart disease and stroke. Just like red wine, champagne contains antioxidants which lower bad cholesterol, protect blood vessels and prevent blood clots! So that means less risk of heart disease and stroke! Dom Pérignon began producing Champagne wines in 1668. He invented the second fermentation in the bottle, which surely makes him the founder of Champagne as we know it today. Dom Pérignon was also the first winemaker to produce a white wine with black grapes. Caviar blog

Caviar Luxury food Blog

Some blogs about caviar (to accompany your champagne). In the 4th century BC, Aristotle already mentions that the Greeks consumed sturgeon eggs at certain banquets. It is the first known reference to caviar. The word caviar appears in the 9th century. It would have for origin the Turkish "khavyar", (fish eggs). If the sturgeons are known by the marine people of Antiquity, the “caviar” which comes from their eggs is only mentioned since the 9th century. The Persians are the first to consume sturgeon eggs from the Caspian Sea. The character of caviar does not come from its origin (Black Sea, Caspian Sea, Chinese, Italian, French or American farms), but from the species of sturgeon that produces the eggs. There are twenty-seven in the world, divided into two families. Only Sturgeons of the famous Beluga Imperial from Iran can produce Caviar of such high quality. With its subtly iodized notes and its melting and smooth texture, it is recognized as the best caviar in the world. Beluga is the mythical caviar of the Caspian Sea. It is not produced by sturgeons over 18 years old and its grains are only bigger and more precious! On average, a kilo of Beluga caviar is estimated at nearly € 10,000, but its prices vary. Royal caviar has powerful aromas and melting eggs. Tsar Imperial® caviar has a nice ripening, nice reflections and sharp aromas. The Special Reserve® caviar is a grand cru with delicate maturing, subtle aromas, with firmer grains. Truffles Blog Luxury Natural Bio Organic food

Some blogs that talk about truffles because everyone likes to eat them. Their geographical origin is located in China and more particularly in the foothills of the Himalayas, south of Sichuan and north of Yunnan. The Chinese truffle has an appearance of skin and shape very little different from T. The truffle is the fruit of a fungus which grows under very specific conditions. It therefore particularly needs limestone soils and the presence of so-called truffle trees such as oak or hornbeam. It is therefore found mainly in Provence, Périgord and Burgundy. You just have to go to the forest and the woods to find truffles. This fungus is generally found under oak, but also under hazel and lime. Austrian black pine, Scots pine, black hornbeam, beech or even atlas cedar can also hide these rare fungi. The black truffle, Tuber Melanosporum at a price that varies between 500 to 1000 euros per kg. The most expensive Alba white truffle is sold between 5,000 to 7,000 euros per kg. Truffles are expensive because they are rare, difficult to find, difficult to grow - you have to inject spores into the soil and wait five or six years - and highly perishable. It grows in the earth, in truffle forests with limestone soils. The rarest and most sought after, the white truffle from Italy or otherwise known as the Alba truffle is the one considered to be the most upscale. It is only found in Piedmont in Italy, a region bordering with France and Switzerland. The truffle needs a temperate climate with not too dry springs without late frost, hot summers with dry periods limited to 3 weeks, a mild autumn without early frost, and winters without intense cold. The climate in the south of France is in principle favorable. Some blogs that talk about barbecue, grill

Some blogs that talk about barbecue and grilling. The barbecue is a cooking appliance. Food is placed on a wire rack or spit and is exposed to radiation from a heat source. The etymology of the word is a little vague, but linguists suggest the following origin: “barbecue” descends from the Hispanic Amerindian “barbacoa”, a word of the Arawak Indians which designates a wooden trellis for cooking or smoking meats. The Mongols are specialists in cooking with fire and barbecues, but it is not these people who invented the barbecue. It is an Amerindian people, a tribe called the Arawak. They used to cook and smoke their meat on wooden keys that they put over the fire. Ribs / Entrecotes are tender parts of the animal and are the best pieces to grill or roast. The entrecote is a boneless rib of beef. The 7th rib, a choice piece because it is very tender, is ideal for roast beef. The sirloin steak, very tender, is one of the “noble” pieces. Sushi blog

Sushi blog

Did you know ? France is the biggest consumer of sushi in Europe ... Originally, sushi was a way of preserving fish, introduced to Japan in the 8th century and came from Southeast Asia. This involved wrapping gutted fish in fermented rice. This allowed the fish to be stored for several months, but surprisingly the rice was thrown away and not eaten. It's all about the rice: in fact, the term sushi doesn't mean raw fish (nicely laid out on top of rice), but rather refers to the vinegared rice used in making these adorable and delicious little dumplings. Unlike the dishes offered in fast food, sushi offers a slightly more balanced alternative with fresh and noble products. Something to delight the taste buds of people who no longer know what to eat. For your store or establishment, do not hesitate to contact our expert digital agency for all your digital needs: virtual visit, sponsored article, ... explore our digital services : virtual visit for showroom, 360 ° photo, panorama, virtual solution and ask for your free quote.
